Our online enquiry service is intended for one-off advice and information.

We can provide advice in response to your enquiry, but we are unable to provide ongoing casework through continuous email correspondence.

If your enquiry is complex, requires us to review substantial documentation, involves ongoing contact with another organisation, or requires further advice or casework, we may ask you to arrange an adviser appointment. Appointments can be provided by telephone or in person.
