Last year the Glasgow CABx commissioned Rocket Science (a consultancy company) to conduct an independent evaluation of the eight Glasgow Citizens Advice Bureaux, to look at the way in which the CABx deliver services in Glasgow’s communities, to assess the impact of its services on clients and to make recommendations for the service.
